Can I change my billing details after I create my account?
Yes.
Your name (that you used to create the account, or have subsequently edited) is in two places--and has distinct uses--on Mollom.com:
- Your account information (for all accounts). To modify this, access your account on Mollom.com, select "Edit account", "Edit profile", and then "Personal information." (This information is *not* used for billing and can be safely edited at any time.)
- Your billing information (for Mollom Plus subscriptions). To modify this, access your account on Mollom.com, select "Manage sites", the "Edit" link next to the site you wish to edit, and "Edit" again under "Product Details". Follow the "Edit" links to your specific billing details.
This information is used for billing and should be up-to-date at all times. It is associated with your PayPal account, but it is stored on Mollom.com independently of PayPal's billing information.
Editing the billing information should never cause problems with the PayPal association tied to your account, and can be changed at any time.
Note that past invoices use the billing information active at the invoice date.
