Do you provide support?
For Mollom Free clients, we do not provide support, although our FAQ may provide answers for many common questions. For our Mollom Plus and volume discount clients, we provide email-based support on a best-effort basis. We try to reply to every email as best we can, but if you need a rapid response time or telephone-based support, you may wish to arrange your Mollom Plus subscription through Acquia, a Mollom partner. Acquia provides Mollom Plus subscriptions (Drupal client module only) as part of its comprehensive service offerings built around the Drupal CMS.
