I have several sites I need to protect. Will I need multiple subscriptions?
Yes, each site must have its own access key that identifies it to Mollom servers, and each access key is tied to a different subscription (as outlined in our service agreement). Mollom also makes it easy as you can administer multiple subscriptions with only one Mollom.com user account.
Our services use site-specific information to distinguish between legitimate posts and spam; using the same key with multiple sites would confuse our detection algorithm and severely compromise Mollom's ability to reliably detect spam. If you wish to use Mollom Plus or Mollom Premium with three sites or more, you may wish to inquire about Mollom's volume pricing discounts using our contact page.
Note: a single Mollom.com user account can manage multiple sites, each with different subscription plans and settings. For instance, a single Mollom.com might administer some 20 different sites, with, say, 10 of them on Mollom Plus plans and 10 of them using Mollom Free plans.
