Do you have a service level agreement that specifies the availability of the Mollom network?
Yes. For paid subscriptions, our standard service level agreement specifies the performance standards we use to evaluate the performance of our servers.
As detailed in the agreement, we aspire to 99.9% availability. Paid subscribers who experience downtime outside the terms of the agreement receive credits redeemable toward additional time on their Mollom license.
Mollom users with a free subscription do not receive a service level agreement.
