Precision on mollum.checkContent spam return value

What's the precision on the quality return value? Is it to the tenths, hundreds, or thousandths? I'm working on a plugin and trying to figure out how the cutoff should work.

Also, how does the mollom.sendFeedback work? I'm guessing the session ID is the identifier so that Mollom knows what it is I'm sending feedback for? I guess what I'm after is how does Mollom know what it is I'm sending feedback for?

Thousandths

An example score would be 0.43925945 so it is currently in the thousands. This might change to tenths or hundreds though. The quality scores are still in beta.
