Spam out of nowhere!
I've been living happily without comment spam for about a month now and SUDDENLY the spammers just figured out how to get through again! I've received 30-50 comments tonight alone!
Is the system having trouble filter? Do I need to update anything on my end?

Same thing happened to one of my sites, to the contact form. Contact form done with webforms.
Yesterday suddenly a few hundred spam messages went through. All stored in the contact forms Results table/tab.
Mollom's site usage statistics reports zero activity for yesterday. The same report, in the top left corner says "Mollom blocked -950825598 spam attempts the past 24 days."

There must be a way to bypass mollom, can't see any other explanation.
An issue with the contact
An issue with the contact form spam handling has been fixed in the latest Drupal module for Mollom. Could you install this and report if the issue has been solved.
Which client are you using,
Which client are you using, what is your website, and have you reported the spam that got through? Other sites don't appear have this issue.
