captcha triggered too often?

One of my most prolific commenters - a bonefide human, non-spammer - keeps getting captchas. Often, the captchas are so unreadable that it takes him several tries to get past them - once it took him 6 tries. I have to admire his tenacity, but it really shouldn't be necessary.

Is there a way to dial back the captcha trigger a bit? Or to add people to a whitelist?

ps. hah! I got a captcha trying to post this, with a verified mollom account...

I'm having the same exact

I'm having the same exact problem with one of my sites. I ended up setting up a separate role for him allowing posting without Mollom checking. I've yet to see if other users have the same issue and simply aren't complaining about it.

I'm also having the same

I'm also having the same problem, at first I figured it's because the content was all about sexual health - but no, it's tripping most of the time for me when I'm writing long articles.

how to disable captcha?

I don't like captcha coz isn't accessible and most of time tedious. I'd better prefer to review content.
