SilverStripe

SilverStripe Open Source CMS includes comprehensive, native support for Mollom. By installing the free Mollom SilverStripe module, a SilverStripe website will automatically use Mollom to protect page and blog comments, forum module user registrations, forum posts, custom forms created within the CMS user interface, and (optionally) custom PHP forms using a special field type. The inclusion of Mollom in SilverStripe is one of the major new features available in version 2.3.1, released March 2009. The Mollom module was created by the SilverStripe Limited team, who offer commercial support to organizations who wish to use this module in a professional environment.

Acquia

Acquia, a commercial company providing products, services, and technical support for Drupal, partners with Mollom to provide a Drupal plugin for Mollom in Acquia Drupal, its packaged distribution of essential Drupal components. Acquia Drupal is available as a free download, and can be combined with the Acquia Network to create trouble-free Drupal installations tailored for a variety of site needs. Drupal sites that require commercial-grade support for their Mollom plugin -- including a rapid response time or telephone-based support -- should arrange their Mollom subscriptions through Acquia.
