Subscription plans

Mollom Premium is our subscription-only, enterprise-level spam filtering service, targeted toward large corporate and enterprise clients. Mollom Premium lets you process up to 10,000 legitimate posts or 10,000 correct CAPTCHAs each day, and provides access to a very robust backend architecture not available to our Mollom Free clients. Mollom Premium subscriptions may be billed on an annual basis, and may be paid by PayPal or PayPal-approved major credit cards, by wire transfer, or by check.

Our online ordering system supports creating a Mollom Premium account tied to a monthly recurring PayPal transaction. To pay annually by credit card, check, or wire transfer, create a Mollom Free subscription for your site and contact us to arrange your payment and have your site upgraded to Premium. (Please include your site's public Mollom key in your message.)

The Mollom standard service level agreement for paid subscriptions specifies the details of the 99.9% availability standard we use to evaluate our Mollom Plus infrastructure. Like Mollom Plus, Mollom Premium presents unbranded CAPTCHAs to site users. Other additional features not available to Mollom Plus subscribers are under development.

It depends on the type of your Mollom subscription. CAPTCHAs generated on sites with Mollom Free subscriptions automatically include a small Mollom icon or logo. This icon is not displayed on sites using Mollom Plus or Mollom Premium. If the presence of the Mollom icon disrupts the appearance of your site, purchasing or upgrading to a Mollom Plus/Premium subscription provides your best solution for removing the icon.

Yes, for Mollom Plus and Mollom Premium customers, Mollom automatically delivers CAPTCHAs over SSL when they are served from an SSL-protected page.

Note that your Mollom plugin of choice must include support for SSL (for the Drupal module, this means version 1.11 or later).
