Please use this contact form to get in touch with us, but when contacting us about support issues, sales questions, or for general information, keep the following items in mind:
- Though we serve a large number of customers in many different countries, our support staff are primarily native English speakers. Please use English in your correspondence, if at all possible.
- Remember to give us as much information as possible in your support request, including what CMS or code your web site is running, what version of that CMS, and what version of any applicable Mollom client. Keep in mind that newer versions of the clients include new features, and including logging features that may be essential to answering your support request. Upgrading to the highest available recommended version for your platform is always recommended.
- If you've registered an account on Mollom.com but have not received your login information, it could have been blocked by spam filtering software on your end. Check your "Spam" folder, or otherwise, file a support request with the user name you registered on Mollom.com, and a member of the technical support team can reset the password for you manually.
- When reporting a message that has been incorrectly blocked, or a user who is having an issue with posting a comment on your site, we need the Mollom session id for the Mollom transaction relative to that comment to help you efficiently. In most new Mollom clients (such as the ones for Drupal), that information is stored in the "mollom" category of your Drupal log. See http://mollom.com/faq/reporting-ham-incorrectly-blocked-by-mollom for more information.
Finally, this page is for requesting general, sales or support information about
the Mollom spam protection service. It is primarily used by administrators of sites who make use of Mollom services. If you have inadvertently clicked a link that brought you to this page and wish to ask a question about another subject, back up a few steps in your browser to determine if a prior website you visited is better suited for your question. It is unlikely that our support staff will be able to help you with a topic other than one directly related to Mollom.
